The start
Learning in the field
I came into real estate with a huge drive to grow, without imagining everything this profession would ask of me. I learnt on the ground: through hard decisions, challenging days and the moments I had to trust myself to keep going.
3 months
The first deal
The work paid off sooner than I expected. My first deal closed within my first three months, while I was still learning almost everything.
2014–2015
First place at home
1st in turnover in Famalicão in 2014 and 2015, and 1st in the Minho region in 2015.
2015–2019
Among the best in the country
1st in the North, National Top 25 and the RE/MAX Gold and Platinum awards.
Before 31
The millions
€1 million in turnover before 30 and €3 million before 31 — and 5th nationwide in RE/MAX turnover.
2022
My own agency
The biggest achievement of all: opening RE/MAX VilaNova. Not because of the size of the team or the numbers, but because of the culture we built.

Leading and sharing
I help other agents grow with guidance and a better structure than the one I had — and share what I’ve learnt on my show, Conversas com a Cristina.
